WCT offers a juniors & adults program with very beneficial exercise so that they can easily achieve a healthy lifestyle without the hassles of a gym membership and the complicated machines! Improve your athleticism, increase your endurance, and train your mental capacity with mind-muscle memorization!
Students attend two (2) classes per week. In these classes, students learn:
- Core principles of TKD
- Basic Korean Commands & Counting
- Teamwork & Competition Training

- Agility & Hand-Eye Coordination Training
